Are you having difficulty logging in to BS OnLine? Please re-check that you are entering the correct:

Password
TAN Card characters - these are case sensitive
If after re-checking you find you are unable to log in you will need to e mail us
loginhelp@brownshipley.co.uk and we will resolve the issue. Alternatively you can call us on 01372 370000.
Knowledge of your username and password are restricted within Brown Shipley. Your adviser (and their team) do not have access to this information. If we need to re-issue your security credentials we will only do this by post or e mail and only to your address previously registered with us. We will never ask for your details by phone or e mail and will not be able to give you any lost details by phone, either.
