Problems Logging-On?

Are you having difficulty logging in to BS Online? 


Please re-check that you are entering the correct:
Username
Password
TAN Card numbers
 
If after re-checking you find you are unable to log in you will need to email us loginhelp@brownshipley.co.uk and we will resolve the issue. Alternatively you can call us on 020 7606 9833.
 
Knowledge of your username and password are restricted within Brown Shipley. Your adviser (and their team) does not have access to this information.  Please see our Online Security section for further information on resetting your login details.  
We will never ask for your details by phone or email and will not be able to give you any lost details by phone.
