Fraudulent emails

You may receive fraudulent emails that look as though they are from Brown Shipley. Such emails may have our logo and colours, and may even appear to be addressed from us.

Such emails may state that you have received a sum of money but will ask you to remit funds in order to claim the prize, or they may attempt to trick you into revealing your passwords, security numbers or account details.

Brown Shipley will never send emails asking you for personal security information. If you do receive an email asking for your security details, or of which you doubt the authenticity of the sender, do not respond or follow the instructions in the email and report it to the following address:
